The BonScott Group is investing its own capital to build and renovate multifamily and single-family residences.  Our mission is to create a large portfolio of income producing properties and expand this wealth building opportunity to additional accrediting investors allowing them to expand and maximize their investment portfolio to include partial real estate investments without assuming unnecessary risk.

The BonScott Group’s experienced construction team is building a beautiful  5 bedroom, 4.5 bath new construction home in Tenafly, NJ.  The house also features a finished  basement,  office,  open floor plan, accessible patio, mudroom, and a  2-car garage.  On top of that,  Tenafly is one of the closet residual neighborhoods to NYC and the school systems in Tenafly are ranked in top 5 in the state. The BonScott Group’s construction services team in partnership with Carlyle Construction and Engineering is made up of HONEST licensed home improvement professionals, skilled project managers, carpenters, trade subcontractors and general construction contactors.  

The BonScott Group is invested in new construction and major renovations projects, so it made sense to build our own team to manage these projects.  By word of mouth this expanded to projects outside of our portfolio to other homeowners in need.  Now we offer general contracting services to the public. 

Our philosophy is simple…..price fairly, be on time, do what you say you will do, be honest and transparent throughout the whole project and always make sure our clients are happy.
